Land Survey - Project Management
  
Effective project management is the key to delivering high quality service and our Project Managers have been selected and trained to ensure all projects are delivered on time, to specification and to budget.

During the last few years we have progressively restructured and expanded the team which now consists of nine Senior Surveyors supported by our Survey Manager and Directors.

Senior Surveyors are all educated to degree level, have extensive survey experience and have recently completed courses in Engineering Management. This team aims to provide our customers with a central point of contact on projects, establish effective working relationship with them and deliver a unique tailored survey package.

Senior Surveyors are empowered to take full responsibility for managing projects by employing the full range of resources and capabilities available to all our customers:-
  • a team of qualified Surveyors, trained in house to meet our exacting standards
  • the latest technology in both field and the office
  • online resource management, planning and customer relationship management systems
  • regular formal reporting routines
  • a phased quality assurance system
  •  an onsite code of practice covering working methods and customer service
  • comprehensive project methodologies and check lists.
  • post project assessment and review processes
  • access to a wealth of survey knowledge and support from Directors
