Testimonials

Listed below are some of the positive comments received from a selection of our valued clients. In 2009, we carried out a variety of projects ranging from single points coordinated to OS National Grid to country wide control networks of 165 miles long. We aim to meet and exceed expectations by agreeing detailed specifications and deadlines, then maintaining communication through our work to final delivery.

As professionals, we act in your best interests; and if that leads to customer satisfaction, then we are happy because it will lead to repeat business. Our approach is to be a partner in getting projects completed as quickly and efficiently as possible - the survey resource down the corridor for youre office to call on.

Client:   URS Corporation
Project:   2009 Rattlechain Lagoon, Hydrographic Survey
Comment:   "Thank you for all your help with this project. Both Rachel and I were very impressed with the organisation leading up to the work, and the standard of work on site. We would definitely recommend you to our colleagues. As you are aware, bathymetric surveys are not a standard service we would require but we may use topographic surveys and utility location. If you have any information regarding these services and perhaps a day rate if possible, I will forward these to my colleagues."

Client:   JMP Consultants Ltd
Project:   2009 St Helens, Highways Topographical survey
Comment:   "Thanks for the fantastic work you did for us on the Saint Helens Job.
The Engineers were very impressed by the quality of your work.
You will be glad to hear that we are keen to work with you again"

"Thank you for the survey.
Excellent job, initial inspection shows this is just what we need, one bloke in the office said, “this is one of the best survey I have ever seen.”
Received the invoice this morning. I will put a recommendation on your file and let my colleagues know."

Client:   Delta Civil Engineering
Project:   Various Topographical, 3D modelling and Section surveys
Comment:   "We have undertaken some extremely 'high profile' trenchless installations recently, which included the crossing of some of the UK's major rivers and Network Rail’s controlled infrastructure.
We employed Severn Partnership to survey the designated areas on all the above projects, including the river profiles, which included boat work, and railway embankments, prior to submitting our predicted tunnelled profiles for approval.

The information required by our Utility clients and the Environment Agency, to enable them to approve our subsequent methodology, were to the highest standards and complied fully with their stringent requirements.

We have an excellent trading relationship with Severn Partnership and will continue to work closely with them"

Client:   Telent
Project:   Over 200 Railway station platforms surveyed
Comment:   "Severn Partnership were commissioned in 2007 to undertake Topographical surveys on over 200 Network Rail stations in South London to allow our detailed design works to progress. The output from these works formed the basis of our design works, hence understanding and execution of our requirements was of paramount importance.

The way in which the works were programmed, performed, data processed and issued was exemplary. The staff, surveyors and engineers performed is a professional manner and I would personally recommend their use again."

Client:   Babcock
Project:   120 miles topographical & track survey
Comment:   "We have commissioned Severn Partnership on High Output Track Renewal Survey Work Projects across the Country which amounts to well over 120 miles of railway line. Their survey consultancy advice on geodetic engineering projections lead to the inception of two large scale mapping grids which have brought major financial benefits, having had the ability to look at the wider picture and provide the framework for survey works well into the future.

Each project (one of approximately 50 miles) involving multi phased survey works, were planned, coordinated and executed with a high degree of professionalism keeping us well informed and delivering quality survey data to strict deadlines. The output from this survey work was integral to our design works which were critical to keeping site works to schedule and delivering the highly accurate survey data that the engineering ballast cleaning trains require. The team at Severn Partnership were excellent to work with and look forward to working with them again on future survey projects ."

Client:   Arup
Project:   Various topographical and rail surveys
Comment:   "Arup have a long-standing relationship with The Severn Partnership that has resulted in a 'best in class' approach to their rail-based topographical survey works throughout the UK and Ireland.

Logistically complex and large sites are considered to be a speciality, which coupled with the advantages of the latest surveying techniques maintains their place as a preferred supplier".
