Level Crossings Topographical Surveys
  
We can work to Network Rail specifications to produce the required topographical survey detail and cross sections to enable the redesign of level crossings.

We usually require track access, but can survey a large amount of data using reflectorless techniques if required.

A typical survey would cover:
  • Topographical plans along the road surface and footpath
  • Track survey up and down the tracks
  • Cross sections through ground, tracks and road centreline
  • Drainage inverts and detail
  • Road markings
  • Signage and photographs
A typical level crossing survey can be completed within the day and processed the following day. For large projects, we can plan access and resource multiple teams to meet deadlines.
