Measured Building Surveys - Roof Plans

Roofplan surveys form an integral part of most measured building surveys. We can simplify the plans to show the pertinent ridge, eave, valley and structure information you require.

With all surveys in inaccessible areas, health and safety is paramount. Access issues can be overcome by safety lines, remote survey techniques, laser scanning or simply our surveyor’s site experience in solving problems.

Deliverables are:
  • 2D linework DXF or DWG with key heights annotated
  • 3D simplified wireframe DWG
  • 3D Laser Scan Point Cloud
  • Detailed wireframe or 3D surface model (AutoCAD, Sketchup or 3DS)
Please call us to discuss your requirements.
