| Terrestrial Photogrammetry | ||

Terrestrial Photogrammetry allows for rapid capture of photographic data for post processing back in the office to create ortho-photos, or full 3D texture mapped models. High specification digital cameras are used with calibrated lenses for the source photographic images, which are imported as stereo pairs into our specialist software. The resultant model is then used to extract the ortho-recified images, polylines, contours, TINs, areas, volumes and visualisations. Accuracy can be 50mm on a rock face for geotechnical analysis or down to the ‘mm’ for recording building elevations on heritage survey projects.
